ABOUT Z2SPORT
Xiamen Z2 Sport Products Co., Ltd has focused on the design and production of soft bags since 2009. With over 100 workers and a monthly output of 100,000 pieces, we have cooperated with brands such as FILA, National Geographic, Wilson, and Samsonite.
Over the past 10+ years of development, we have gained extensive experience in collaborating with brands on brainstorming for new product development, material development, production quality control, and on-time delivery services.
With BSCI and ISO certifications, we strictly control every production process to ensure quality and timely delivery. In addition to continuously improving our production techniques, we also place emphasis on R&D team development in the areas of new materials, product design, functional improvements, and patent innovations.
OUR CERTIFICATES
Our factory holds BSCI, ISO9001, and SGS certifications. Our materials meet the requirements of Prop 65. We comply with all testing requirements for thickness, weight, tension, material composition, waterproofing, and more. Additionally, we actively promote the use of recycled materials to conserve resources and reduce waste.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Our machines include an auto cutting machine, a computerized paper mold laser cutting machine, a production management system, a computerized sewing machine, a pattern machine, heat seal machines, and more. We are constantly striving to add more automated machines to improve production efficiency and ensure quality.
We can produce any type of logo you require, including silk printing, sublimation, heat transfer printing, rubber logos, hardware plates, and 3D embroidery.
QUALITY CONTROL
At our company, we take great care to ensure that the quality of our products is maintained at the highest level throughout every step of the manufacturing process. Our Quality Control department has implemented a rigorous QC system that includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
